Ways We Work

Our work is grounded in relationship, guided by Indigenous values, and shaped in response to the needs of each partner.  We bring flexibility, care, and cultural integrity to every engagement. These are some of the ways we work , and always in service to deeper alignment, shared vision, and lasting impact.

1. Strategic Planning & Organizational Design

We collaborate with organizations to develop culturally grounded strategic plans and organizational structures that reflect Indigenous values and community priorities. Our approach ensures that strategies are not only effective but also resonate with the communities they serve.

2. Equity-Centered Philanthropy & Grantmaking Frameworks

We assist philanthropic institutions in creating and implementing grantmaking frameworks that prioritize equity and Indigenous leadership. By centering community-defined priorities, we help funders align their resources with the needs and aspirations of Indigenous communities.

3. Governance & Policy Development

We support nonprofits, Tribal Nations, and Indigenous organizations in developing governance structures and policies that affirm sovereignty and self-determination. Our work includes facilitating the creation of policies that are informed by Indigenous knowledge systems and responsive to contemporary global challenges.
