Ways We Work
Our practice is rooted in relationship and shaped by the needs of each engagement. We bring flexibility, care, and cultural integrity to every partnership moving at the pace of trust and with a commitment to shared learning. The examples below reflect some of the ways we have accompanied communities, organizations, and movements

1. Strategic Planning & Organizational Design
We have each walked alongside groups to co-create strategies and structures that reflect Indigenous values and lived priorities. Whether supporting an emerging vision or evolving a long-standing institution, we prioritize approaches that are culturally grounded, relational, and resilient.

2. Equity-Centered Philanthropy & Grantmaking Frameworks
We have supported philanthropic and individual funders and collaboratives in shaping grantmaking practices that reflect equity, accountability, and care. This includes designing participatory frameworks, community-led funds, and processes that honor self-determination and shared stewardship.

3. Governance & Policy Development
We have helped to develop policies and governance models that affirm sovereignty and are grounded in Indigenous knowledge. Whether at the Tribal, local, or global level, our work centers the people most impacted and supports systems built to endure and adapt.
